The Cell C Sharks u/21 hosted the Lions u/21 today in Durban yesterday in a crucial fixture that they had to win to keep their championship hopes alive. In a low-scoring match, a penalty try was awarded to the host who claimed four crucial log points to win 17-10.
The Lions u/21 and Cell C Sharks u/21 are now level with five log points each. The Lions u/21 have a better points difference and is currently fourth on the log with two matches still to be played.
It's been an intense game at Hollywoodbets Kings Park with the Cell C Sharks u/21s taking the lead with 07-03 in the first 40 minutes. The second half was much of the same with the home team claiming a much-needed victory scoring two tries to one of their visitors
