It has been confirmed that Paarl Boishaai Director of Rugby, Neil de Bruin, will join the Vodacom Bulls coaching staff on Monday as a replacement for Chris Rossouw as backline coach.
De Bruin worked with Ackerman at the Lions as well as in Japan as an attack and backline coach at both NTT Docomo Red Hurricanes and NTT Urayasu D-Rocks before being appointed as Director of Rugby at Paarl Boishaai.
De Bruin’s coaching journey began at the Leopards, where he served as the attack coach from 2014 to 2016. He later joined the Lions, taking charge of their high-performance programme before becoming the Super Rugby team’s attack coach in 2018.
