On Saturday, 8 March, the Toyota Cheetahs will face the Sanlam Boland Cavaliers at the Boland Stadium in Wellington. The action begins at 15:00 and is streamed live on the DSTV streaming channel (SS246).
Frans Steyn, Director of Rugby and Head Coach of the Toyota Cheetahs, commented on the upcoming challenge: "This is an important opportunity for our young players to test themselves and see where we stand as a team. It is also a chance for the leaders to step up and take control in high-pressure situations."
"The SA Cup holds great significance for us, as securing qualification for the Currie Cup remains a key objective. The players' future is in their own hands, and their performance will determine our success."
"We must approach this challenge as a unit. It will be tough, and emotions will run high, but we must focus on applying pressure and executing our game with precision. I have confidence in this squad."
Toyota Cheetahs captain Victor Sekekete said: "As players, we always wanted to play and look forward to the challenge of playing for something."
