Could this be the weekend that Paarl Boishaai moves into the number two position on the Ruggas.co.za 1stXV rankings.
Could Bishops slump to their third loss in a row when they host Boland Landbou on Saturday? Both sides lost to Wynberg in the past weeks and if the scoreline is taken into account Bishops must be the favourites by the slightest of margins, however, Boland Landbou also trying to stop a losing run could just surprise all.
High riding Paarl Boishaai will believe that they can conquer the world after a comprehensive win against Bishops a week ago. However, on Saturday they will host a Wynberg side that is on a six-match unbeaten streak and would love the Boishaai scalp on the wall. It will definately not be a walkover but, Boishaai should claim the second spot on the Ruggas.co.za 1stXV rankings with a close win.
Paarl Gim should cruise to an easy win with some of their stars making their return to the field. Unfortunately due to SACS rankings, the result will not result in any points for Paarl Gim after a good win.
Paul Roos will host Rondebosch and although Rondebosch lost three of the four matches they played recently the boys from Stellenbosch will have to work hard for the win. Paul Roos did not play last weekend and would have put the loss to Boishaai in the past. An exciting game with both sides giving the ball a lot of air is expected with Stellenbosch smiling at the end of this fixture?
