It has been confirmed that Christiaan Gouws was appointed as Director of Rugby at Middelburg Hoërskool.
Gouws recently had opportunities at Bethlehem Voortrekker, Marlow, Oos-Moot, Noordheuwel, and Helpmekaar during the past few years and secured a five-year deal at Middelburg.
Middelburg was promoted to the Noord-Vaal Cup competition for 2026, and taking into account that two schools will be demoted from the Cup division following the 2026 season, there will be no moment to relax for Gouws.
