There are several changes to the DHL Stormers Bolts team for their clash with Fidelity ADT Lions U20 at City Park on Saturday.
Action will get underway at 11:00 SAST on Saturday in Athlone as the DHL Stormers Bolts look to return to winning ways on home turf.
An injury to flyhalf Rayaan Solomons sees Dawid Badenhorst move to pivot, with Samuel Badenhorst and Randall-John Davids reunited in midfield alongside him, and Meyer Prinsloo starting in the last line of defence.
Quinton Potgieter is back in the No.8 jersey, with Gert Kemp called up to the DHL Stormers XXIII team to make his Currie Cup debut. The only other change to the forward pack sees lock Dominic Sesink-Clee back in the starting line-up.
Head Coach Johno van der Walt said that his team is determined to bounce back quickly at home.
“It is good to be back home, and it will be important for us to front up and get back to winning ways.
“There have been some challenges around player availability and injuries, but we have some really exciting players coming in, and we are looking forward to seeing the impact that they will make on Saturday,” he said.
