
Affies have named Ruan Jacobs as their new Head of Rugby. Jacobs will take over from Ryno van der Merwe who was recently promoted to Head of Sport at Affies.
Ruan Jacobs will be responsible for the management, coordination and improvement of the Affies rugby program. He will still be the coach of the Affies 1stXV team with Jaco Koch.
It was also announced that Ruan Jacobs' twin brother Niell Jacobs, was appointed as Affies' new Head of Rugby - Coaching who will be responsible for the implementing of the Affies rugby program as well as the training and improvement of the coaches at Affies.
