Welcome to the seventh Ruggas.co.za Awards. Over the years we had some brilliant boys being nominated with even more brilliant boys being rewarded for their efforts on the schoolboy rugby fields all over South Africa. The awards are limited to 1stXV players.

Top Ten Candidates Announced - 23/09/2022 - Done
A panel of Five Wise men will reduce the list of nominated boys to the top 10 nominated players that will advance to the voting. The Panel are finished with six of the nine categories.
Public Voting - 25/09/2022 - 02/10/2022 Closed
The top ten candidates will be voted for on ruggas.co.za. Only 5 votes will be allowed per IP address but limited to one vote per device. 73 051 votes were cast in 2021.
Panel Vote (03/10/2022)
The top three candidates voted for by the public will be subjected to a blind vote by the panel which will determine the winner. A member of the panel decided to add a fourth player in three categories.
