
It was confirmed that St Albans College has appointed Lwazi (Sisonke) Zangqa as Director of Rugby.
Lwazi has been Head of Rugby at Hudson Park High School since 2022, but his biggest achievement is his involvement in the Junior SA structures since 2022.
He was appointed as SA Schools Coach & SA U18 "A" since June 2022. Tasked with finding the best schoolboy rugby talent in South Africa. This included being included in the national selectors panel, who have been identifying Springboks.
He was appointed as the head coach 2025 of the SA U18 side for the U18 International Series and coached his team to convincing wins against France, England and Ireland.
