Red Card Cost Blitzboks Against Great Britain In Singapore

 

The Blitzboks started their Singapore journey with a big 33-10 loss against Great Britain. The Blitzboks once again fell off several tackles, which made it easy for the hard-running Great Britains.

The Blitzboks' Sebastiaan Jobb was sent off with a red card after only 90 seconds of play, whereafter Great Britain scored three unanswered tries to lead 21-00. With time up on the clock in the first half, Zain Davids bulldozed his way over the tryline, however, Great Britain scored a late try to go into the halftime break leading 26-05.

Great Britain started the second half by scoring their fifth try before Dewald Human scored the Blitzbok's second try. Great Britain scored a sixth try after five minutes of play in the second half to extend their lead to 38-10, which was also the final score.
