The Varsity Cup is set to start on Sunday with two marches. The Central University of Technology from Bloemfontein will face the University of Johannesburg at 17h00 while Tukkies will face Wits @ 19h00. Both matches will be played at the Tuks Stadium.
Several schools will be represented during the Varsity Cup. 151 Schools will be represented by the group of 503 players that were included in the 10 teams bigger groups. Only 30 players per team are allowed in the "Bio Bubble" while the rest of the group will be standing by if needed.
The top 10 schools will be represented by 31% or 155 players.
