We selected our team of the u/21 SARU Championship after the final between the Bulls and the Lions. There are no surprises with a few players' performances during the last two weeks giving them the edge over other players.
Bart and I differ on the best front row to start the match with. We do not differ on the top players in the front row, however, our difference is rather who must start.
The lack of height at lock is worrying which forces us to rather look at maybe an extra loosie at lock. The loosies of the Bulls "overshadowed" the more favoured combination of the Lions. Bart preferred to pick combinations while Adam Mountford at six shouts to be selected.
The selections at the back was a bit unfair as some players who played constantly great rugby are left out.
A great SARU u/21 Championship ended in a great win for the Bulls.
