Eightman Francke Horn leads the Emirates Lions as Reinhard Nothnagel makes his 50th international club appearance in Lions colours while Henco van Wyk returns from injury and features on the bench.
Tapiwa Mafura, Juan Schoeman, Franco Marais, Kade Wolhuter, Siba Qoma and Renzo du Plessis are all making URC debuts for the Lions.
