The Toyota Cheetahs will be making history when they take on Baie Mare for the first time on Friday in the Toyota Stadium, Bloemfontein. The match kicks off at 18:15 (not 17:30 as originally advertised) and will be live on SuperSport 211.
Toyota Cheetahs' head coach Hawies Fourie announced his starting line-up which is severely affected by the Cheetahs long list of injuries with especially the backline creating serious challenges to the management.
“Our main focus will be to improve. We didn’t start well against Province. There were some good patches but we didn’t finish off our opportunities. We made a big step up against the Sharks.” Said, Coach Hawies Fourie.
“The opposition will be of high quality. They play with a lot of skill and variation. I think we will be in for a good match on Friday. We want to finish on a high and win the last Toyota Challenge match.”
A hard match is expected upfront and it is expected that Baie Mare will include all their international players.
