Toyota Cheetahs Head Coach Hawies Fourie announced his line-up for their important game against DHL Western Province on Saturday @ 16h30 in Bloemfontein. A win will see the Cheetahs improve their chances to qualify for the semi-finals to be played mid-January.
The action in Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein kicks off at 16:30 instead of the initial time of 19h00 – in line with the adjusted Level 3 lockdown regulations announced on Monday night. The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture confirmed on Tuesday that professional sport may continue, although all matches have to be concluded by 20h00 in adherence with the nationwide curfew of 21h00.
Coach Hawies Fourie announced his team with two changes to the starting lineup: Rhyno Smith will be replacing William Small-Smith who is sidelined due to an injury. Wilmar Arnoldi returns from injury and will be the starting hooker with Marnus van der Merwe on reserve. Erich de Jager and Chris Massyn will be providing cover on the bench.
