The Bulls will not have forgotten their match against between the Lions and The Bulls on day two of the Craven Week in 2016 when the Lions completely dominated the Bulls to win with ease. The Lions were able to neutralise the big running forwards of the Bulls and with Wandisile Simelane at the back ran circles around the Bulls winning with ease to qualify for the final on day three.
This year the Bulls' teams seem more settled on and they already played some trial matches against The Pumas on Tuesday 16 May 2017 winning all games with seemingly ease. Scores were u/18E 43-5, u/18D 48-12, u/18C 48-10,u/18B 53-10 and u/18A 31-7.
They trial games will be held at Monnas and a detail report will follow after the matches.
