The Vodacom Blue Bulls u/20s lost 07-29 to the Cell C Sharks u/20s on Saturday in Durban after the match had to be postponed as a result of the visiting Vodacom Bulls u/20s suffering from severe gastroenteritis.
u/20 Head coach, Wessel Du Plessis said: “We have had 11 players and one member of the management staff come down with some serious gastro and this has unfortunately left us men down,”
The Cell C Sharks u/20s already led 16-07 against a visibly "tired" Vodacom Blue Bulls u/20s at the halftime break and added a converted try and two converted penalties in the second half.
Great defending by the Vodacom Bulls kept the Cell C Sharks from scoring four tries for a bonus point which will make the fight for the two places in the final a lot more interesting.
