Franco Mostert praised the coaching staff for guiding the players to a successful Springbok tour which included wins against Scotland, England and Wales.
"I have to say, it's always nice to go three out of three on the Tour. Especially when you have these difficult matches like Scotland, England and Wales."
"But I have to say, I think the coaching staff did an amazing job. They help us develop every day."
Mostert said that the Springbok coaching staff had a structured plan, plotting his return back into the playing squad.
“Coach Rassie and the management team had a good plan for me after I came back from my injury."
“We had a plan that I played fourty minutes against Scotland and then I was probably a bit sore after that game and they gave me a little bit of rest."
“They asked me if I could go eighty minutes against Wales and I am thankful to do that.”
“When you get injured there is always another guy coming up."
“A guy like Ruan Nortje had a great season and he was unfortunate with his hammy."
“With the system we have here, the Springboks will never throw you away if you get injured."
“They will always stay in touch, and they will always find the best possible way to get you back and they always back you."
“If you keep on believing in the system, then you will always have a spot in the Springbok team.”
