The 2024 U16 Grant Khomo Week will be hosted at Grey High School in Gqerberha from 17 June 2024 until 21 June 2024.
STADIO has joined SA Rugby as an associate partner at the U16 Grant Khomo Week. The sponsorship underlines STADIO’s focus to not only support young athletes but also ensure their tertiary education receives priority to unlock careers beyond rugby.

The fixtures for Wednesday 19 June 2024 and Friday 21 June 2024 will be announced following the matches on Day 1.
The What, Where and How
The U16 Grant Khomo Week matches consist of two 30-minute halves of playing time.
Yellow cards will result in the player missing 5 minutes of playing time.
Player targets will be 12 players of colour and 11 White. Each one of the 23 players in a squad must have played no less than two full halves by the end of day two. A full half means the player must start and complete the half.
Each team must have a full front row on the bench as per World Rugby law variation 3.5 (c)
The U16 Grant Khomo is a tournament for players not exceeding the age of 16, in other words, under 16 on 1st January 2024. Boksmart rules will also be applied regarding age groups.
Players who are found guilty of using vulgar language and displaying unacceptable behaviour or racism, will not be allowed to participate for the rest of the tournament following a disciplinary hearing.
