Jake White Vodacom Bulls Director of Rugby did not hide his disappointment when asked about Sbu Nkosi's future and his remarks on social media the past weekend. Nkosi took a thinly-veiled swing at the Vodacom Bulls in a social media post saying that his time with the World XV was a break from being “judged".
"I'm very disappointed with what he wrote on social media, considering the Bulls let him go and play in a game overseas to read the comments he made," White said.
When questioned about Nkosi's future at the Vodacom Bulls White said that "He is a big boy now, he's got to make decisions about where he wants to go and it is not in anyone else's hand. So at this point in time he's got to look and see where he wants to go. He must make sure that those decisions are in the best interest of both himself and the club.
When White was questioned why Nkosi was not selected, White did not mix his word. "He is not playing well enough and is not training hard and I don't see enough of him to warrant selection above guys that have been training in the group."
White also said that Nkosi's future is not for him to decide. "It is not for me to discuss his future, as I said he's a big boy now and he got to make the decisions about where he wants to be. He must make sure that those decisions are in the best interest of both himself and the club.
