Bart and I discuss the past week's rugby action during the Preparation matches and preview the matches of this weekend. We struggle to see any advantages in for our Pro14 franchise in preparing for the hopefully Rainbow Cup.
We expect Griquas to win with ease against the Eastern Province.

The Pumas and Cheetahs game should be a cracker with the Pumas coach Jimmy Stonehouse set to target this game. The Pumas squad's player depth is improving which will be very positive for them in the future.
The Bulls and Stormers will be an exciting match if the two teams are what we expected. However, the Bulls should be the favourites.
The Sharks is improving at a scary rate and they could just be the surprise of the weekend. The Lions is also looking good but again selection and replacements will determine the winner on Saturday afternoon.
