Premiership Rugby Continues With Some Vital Games To Be Played

Gallagher Premiership Rugby returned with a bang last weekend with fans treated to some great action in Round 14. We kick the weekend off with a feast of Friday night action in the form of a tantalising triple-header.

Third-placed Sale Sharks host leaders Exeter Chiefs at AJ Bell Stadium in a contest which has huge ramifications for the top-four fight. Steve Diamond’s side will be looking to avenge their defeat to Harlequins as rugby returned and deal Chiefs a fifth loss of the campaign.

Friday’s action continues when Gloucester Rugby welcome high-flying Bristol Bears to Kingsholm. The Bears’ climb up the table continued last time out as they edged past Saracens 16-12 at Ashton Gate.

Wasps take on Worcester Warriors, Lee Blackett’s men have moved into the top four for the first time this season following their victory over Northampton Saints in Round 14.

On Saturday, a tasty London derby is in store as Saracens play host to Harlequins.

Later on, London Irish face Northampton Saints as both teams look to boost their top-four hopes.

Last of the action, but by no means least, is when Leicester Tigers' clash with Bath Rugby at Welford Road.
