Talented lock Lunga Ncube is at Emirates Airline Park for his medicals after committing to the Lions in a major boost to the Johannesburg based side. Ncube is widely regarded as one of the up and coming young locks in the country.
In 2018 he represented the SA Schools side and was in action against France in the Aon U18 International Series is what he says is the biggest match of his career thus far. In 2019 he walked away with the Sharks Under 19 Player of the Year award.
“I know things are not going to be easy or happen overnight but I’m willing to put in the work to reach my goals. I thought about my future when I decided to make the move to Johannesburg,” Ncube said.
