The Springbok Women's Sevens team showed clinical intensity beating Argentina 24-07 in the play-off finals of the season-ending tournament.
The Springbok Women's Sevens started like a house on fire taking just two minutes for Nadine Roos to score in the corner to take an early 05-00 lead. The rest of the first half was a battle, however, with a minute to play Maria Tshiremba was put into space out wide to secure a 12-00 lead for the Springboks going into the halftime break.
The second half was once again a battle between the two teams until Argentina bulldozed their way over the tryline of the Springboks to reduce the Springboks' lead to 12-07. After that the Springboks outplayed Argentina adding tries by Nadine Roos and Maria Tshiremba to cruise to a 24-07 win.
