The appointment of an agent could be the most important step in planning your star's career. It could also be the biggest mistake you can/will make.
Agents are regulated by SARU while scouts are not. As Bart stressed in this episode you get good agents and scouts and one needs to listen to as many opinions as possible.
2021, if all indications are correct, will be another disrupted rugby year for schoolboys and the "influence" an agent have at unions, universities etc. etc. will be extremely important in negotiating your kid's future.
I ask Bart several questions regarding the appointment of agents. Feel free to contact him @ +2782 578 2136 or email him - bart@sportscon365.com for an honest opinion.
