The 6th 1stXV game on the last day of the Noord/Suid Rugby Festival was between Grey College and EG Jansen. The conditions were very cold and extremely wet and muddy underfoot. Grey College was dominant for the last 50 minutes of this game and won 43-15. EG Jansen however never gave up trying and walked off the field with their head held high.
The first 10 minutes was very even between the two sides with EG in set up camp in Grey College's red zone.

EG Jansen looked good in the first 20 minutes of the first half. The last 10 minutes saw two great tries by Grey College as they start to find the gaps easier.

53:18 Grey College upped the speed of ply considerably in the second half. EG Jansen could not prop all the holes which resulted in Jean Else bulldozing over the try-line. (33-15)
