DHS DHS DHS and again DHS

In one of the most unexpected victories of the year, DHS won 20-17 against the highly ranked and noisy Glenwood as they produced a magical 2nd half performance which earned them the bragging rights in Durban this year. School overcame a first half deficit of 12-3 to eventually run out 17-20 victors over their noisy neighbours, Glenwood. It was a great game, showcasing the very best of SA schoolboy talent, played with guts and the highest skill. In the end, it was the Blue and Gold of DHS that shone through, being rewarded for their attacking intent and indomitable spirit on the day.

Maritzburg College who lost against DHS at home last weekend won against an ever improving Hilton College 23-8 and with this victory almost cemented their top 3 position in KZN. Northwood surprising all in beating Clifton 34-31 and securing their 1st victory for the 2017 season.

Westville beating Voortrekker PMB 51-10 and St Alban's not behaving like guests are supposed to and gave St Charles a big hiding 41-13. St Alban's proving to be a very competitive outfit and has surprised many teams already this year winning 11th match of 2017.
