The DHL Stormers made wholesale changes to their starting line-up to face the Glasgow Warriors at the Scotstoun Stadium on Friday at 20:35.
Angelo Davids, Jean-Luc du Plessis and Herschell Jantjies are the new faces at the back. Up front only Evan Roos, Ruben van Heerden and the front row survived the cut.
DHL Stormers Head Coach John Dobson said that while training time has been limited, this team are ready to give it a full go in Glasgow.
"This will be an altogether different challenge to what we have faced already this season on an artificial pitch in the northern autumn.
"There are a few players coming in for their first appearance of the campaign and they are all keen to make an impact, so we are looking forward to the challenge," he said.
