The Department of Education announced the new calendar for the rest of 2020.
2nd Term: 14/04/2020 - 23/06/2020
3rd Term: 06/07/2020 - 22/09/2020
4th term: 28/09/2020 - 02/12/2020
The major effect will be that all the youth weeks will have to move yet again. The LSEN, u/18 Academy Week (Jeppe) and u/13 Craven Week (Monnas) will have to move to 24/06/2020 - 27/06/2020 while the u/16 Grant Khomo, as well as the u/18 Craven Week, will have to move to the week of 29/06/2020 - 04/07/2020 in Port Elizabeth.
The last week of the June holidays would have been used by SARU as a training camp for the u/18 International Series that usually was played a week or two after the u/18 Craven Week. This training camp is therefore in serious doubt except if SARU decides to cram in all the Youth Weeks in the first week of the June school holidays.
Although the assumptions made above is just that, assumptions, but seems to be the most logical alternatives.
