The Vodacom Bulls scored a good 40-10 win against the Sigma Lions in Johannesburg to maintain their second place on the Carling Currie Cup log.
An error-ridden first 40 minutes between two young teams in Johannesburg. The Bulls were awarded a penalty try followed by an entertaining try 5 minutes later to give them a 14-00 lead at the halftime break. The Lions was maybe a bit unlucky as the scoreline does not reflect the action on the field
The second half was more of the same with the Bulls being able to put some phases together and on the back of a dominant pack scored a few good tries. A game that will not be remembered for a while.
