Experienced Sevens Springbok Justin Geduld will start in midfield for DHL Western Province in the Carling Currie Cup encounter with the Toyota Cheetahs at DHL Stadium on Saturday at 19:10 SA Time.
There are two changes to the starting backline that did duty in the win against the Novavit Griffons last week, with Jurie Matthee returning at flyhalf and Geduld starting at outside centre.
There are two changes to the forward pack as Hendre Stassen returns from injury and JJ Kotze starts at hooker in a rotational switch with Scarra Ntubeni.
Flank Sibusiso Sangweni and the Junior Springbok duo of scrumhalf Asad Moos and centre Joshua Boulle are set to make their DHL Western Province debut from the replacements bench.
Director of Rugby John Dobson said that this is another good chance to continue developing against what will be a strong Toyota Cheetahs side.
"We have managed to keep some good continuity in combinations while bringing in some fresh faces, so we would like to see the team build further on last week's performance.
"We are playing at DHL Stadium and want to make the most of the opportunity to prove what we can do against the defending champions," he said.
