The first game at Tuks today will be between the two unbeaten teams of the 2021 Varsity Cup competition. UCT Ikeys are one log point ahead against CUT. The game will be played at TUKS Stadium at @17h00.

Ikeys had a very good win (59-05) against UFS Shimlas on Thursday last week. The Ikeys team again showed composure and executed their game plan with precision. Ikeys play a brand of rugby that commands respect and have proven to much for the other teams.

CUT remained unbeaten against WITS with 19-11. CUT arguably have the best pack of forwards in the 2021 Varsity Cup competition which they used to great effect in dominating their opposition. Injuries and the timing of replacements could exposed the lack of depth of CUT.

Although Ikeys' forwards impressed against the Shimlas it will be interesting if they can withstand CUT's pack power. Ikeys should win BUT ...........
