The Blitzboks were crowned the HSBC SVNS - Dubai champions with a 12-07 win over Argentina. This is the Blitzboks' fifth Dubai title in a row.
The Blitzboks attacked from the kickoff and Impi Visser scored their first try of the match. Two minutes later Shilton van Wyk cut the defence of Argentina in two to score the Blitzboks' second try and extend their lead to 14-00. The Blitzboks dominated the first half and led 14-00 going into the second half.
Following a yellow card to the Blitzboks, the gaps opened up for Argentina and Matias Osadczuk scored their first try of the match to reduce the Blitzboks' lead to 12-07.
