Bitzboks Showing A Lot Of Guts To Beat Fiji In HSBC SVNS Vancouver Semi-final

Despite Fiji physically dominating the Bllitzboks, the Bitzboks scored the winning try with seconds to go in their semi-final to win 12-10. The Blitzboks will face Argentina on Monday morning at 03:05 (SA Time) in the final of the HSBC SVNS Vancouver tournament.

The Blitzboks dominated the early minutes, however, a mistake by the Blitzboks led to Joji Nasova running the length of the pitch to score the first try of the match.

Unfortunately for the Bitzboks, Sebastiaan Jobb was shown a red card after four minutes of play. A yellow card against Fiji helped, and Fji went into the second half 05-00.

Despite being one player short Shilton van Wyk scored in the corner after nine minutes of play to level the scores 05-05. Two minutes later Fiji hit back with a long-distance try to retake the lead 10-05.

The Blitzboks struck back immediately when Donovan Don recovered his own kick to score the winning try after Sevyn Davids converted Dn's try to win 12-10
