Aussies Relax Spectators Limits


Brumbies fans have received welcoming news that their sides fortress, GIO Stadium will welcome an additional 1,500 spectators.

The sides home venue will see a marked increase in loyal supporters with the ACT Government and Chief Health Minister agreeing to raise the venue's capacity to 3000 patrons.

Currently, atop of the Super Rugby AU ladder, Friday nights clash against the Force will mark a prominent fixture as the Canberra side look to extend their narrow two-point lead over the Queensland Reds.

The news of the increase will is welcome news Brumbies loyal fan base, with Friday nights fixture also marking their last home match of the regular season.

However, a win over the Force on Friday night and the Reds at Suncorp Stadium in Round 10 should secure the competition leaders a home final on September 19.

The additional 1,500 tickets are set to be released to members on Wednesday morning with all remaining tickets to be made available to the general public on Thursday.
