The Toyota Cheetahs will be facing the Vodacom Bulls in round two of the Carling Currie Cup campaign on Saturday, 5 December at Loftus Versfeld, Pretoria.
The full log table of Vodacom Super Rugby Unlocked was carried over to the Carling Currie Cup, meaning the Vodacom Bulls are leading the current standings with 27 points, the Cell C Sharks occupy the second spot on the log with 24 points and they are followed by DHL WP (20), Toyota Cheetahs (17), Xerox Lions (16), Phakisa Pumas (7) and Tafel Lager Griquas (4).
Victor Sekekete will be in the starting line-up for their first time in this competition while 19-year-old George Cronjé will be making his debut for the Toyota Cheetahs. George Cronjé played for Grey College, Free State and SA Schools before heading to France where he represented Clermont.
